Every Council begins before anyone arrives. The Profile is the proprietary, confidential instrument that helps the Director prepare a room precise enough for relationship to become conscious without becoming exposed.
Each principal completes a private reflection before the Council. Their responses are read only by the Director and are never shared with the host or other principals.
The private reflection translates structured responses and notes into Director-held preparation: pacing, seating, silence, no-surprise boundaries, Sealed Reading language, Field Map design, and artifact recommendations.
The system offers synthesis. The Director authors, edits, and seals with human judgment.
