A LITTLE FURTHER INTO THE CONVERSATION

From the stated agreement to the work.

Your private questionnaire helps the Director choose the day’s focus and exercises from the team or co-founder workbook. Questions like these bring the important choices into view:

  • What decision is actually yours to make now, and what still needs evidence or another person’s input?
  • What makes it easier or harder for a different view to be heard in this group?
  • What would each person be willing to own—and what cannot honestly be promised?
  • What would tell you an agreement is working, and when would you choose to revisit it?

What may stay with you

A decision made clearer, a difference that needs more attention, or a next step with an owner who has agreed to it. The written record keeps those distinctions useful after the day.

What this
makes room for.

Private preparation informs a Director Field Map and Council Dossier for your facilitated day. Afterward, a written Alignment Covenant records decisions made or deferred, responsibilities and follow-up. Your proposal sets out any additional interviews, sessions or specialist support.

Your scope, made clear.

Alignment Council: $8,400–$18,000. Other formats by scope.

The relevant team or co-founder workbook is included for continued practice. Accommodation is included.* Your proposal also confirms preparation, live support, written materials and hospitality arrangements.

*One invoice for the event, accommodation included. Final arrangements depend on group size, scope and how you prefer to pay, and are confirmed in your proposal.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you gather.

How is an Alignment Council different from a team-building offsite?

It centers on a real decision or transition: how people disagree, decide and follow through. Private preparation and Director-led conversation support the agreed work, rather than a generic activity agenda.

Does organizing or paying for a Council give an employer access to private reflections?

No. Each person makes their own participation and sharing choices. The Director agrees what belongs in the group’s materials before the work begins. Read Privacy & care for the full approach.

What is the practical follow-through?

The written Alignment Covenant records decisions made or deferred, responsibilities and next steps people accept. Open questions stay visible, and the included workbook supports continued practice afterward.
