FOUNDING HOTEL PARTNERSHIPS
A more personal
wine-country stay.
We are inviting a small founding group of hotel partners in Healdsburg, Sonoma and Napa to explore how relational experiences can enrich time together.
Our launch offering includes the Relational Map and our existing Terroir Trails experiences, supported by a Director, a practitioner of our method, who personally prepares the work, reviews each Map before it is shared and, when guests book one, guides the conversation. We keep the founding group small so that each relationship receives that care.
Our investment
in a shared pilot.
For each founding hotel, we contribute six complimentary Relational Maps, each for two guests, alongside an introduction to the samples for your team and direct coordination.
Together, we agree which guests to invite, how introductions will work and when to review the experience. Wine-country days and live facilitation are available separately.
Each guest writes privately and reviews their own reading first. Both then choose whether to review and approve a shared Map, with possibilities to consider together. The samples use fictional people and situations.
Why a small
founding group.
Each partnership receives personal preparation, a Director who knows your team, and availability we agree together, so that what we offer your guests is what we can truly hold. When the founding group is full, a property that asks joins a short list, and we write when a place opens.
What your guests receive.
A private, chauffeured day with the winery appointments made and time for a long lunch, arranged around the occasion that brought them. A self-guided day starts at $1,395 for two, and takes up to eight guests. Personal Councils, personally guided by a Director, start at $3,200 for up to four guests, and gather up to eight; larger groups are arranged by proposal. The full detail is in the brochure.
How guests book.
Guests book and pay Terroir Trails directly. We confirm inclusions and additional charges before booking.
What we could
develop together.
The pilot gives us a foundation for exploring experiences specific to your property. As our own engagements develop, we could also consider your accommodation, private dining and meeting spaces where they suit the occasion.
How introductions work.
Introductions should follow the guest’s interest and the occasion. We begin with an introduction to the samples for your team, so that they can speak about the experience in their own words.
What stays private.
Private reflections are never shared with the hotel. We never pass a guest’s details to a property for marketing. A property hears from us about a guest’s day only what the guest agrees we may share, so that the day can fit their stay.
Your team and ours agree how the partnership is introduced to guests.
The first
conversation.
If you look after guests in Healdsburg, Sonoma or Napa and this sounds like them, we would welcome fifteen minutes with you, and with the person who plans your guests’ stays before they arrive.
